Roohi is fully licensed by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) with more than 10 years of experience under her belt. She completed her Master of Science in Speech and Language Pathology from the National University of Singapore in 2012. She has worked in public and private paediatric settings - starting at the Child Development Unit in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, followed by Thomson Paediatric Centre (now SBCC Child Development Centre) and Treetop Therapy Centre. She has also provided speech-language therapy services in Early Intervention Programs (at Thomson Paediatric Centre) and in mainstream schools (Dover Court International School - contracted through Treetop Therapy). She is certified in Hanen (It Takes Two to Talk & More Than Words), DIR Floortime (201), PROMPT, PECS I, Visualizing and Verbalizing and the Lidcombe program for Stuttering.
Roohi works with children (age 6 months to 18 years) with a range of developmental conditions including Autism, Down’s syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay, Specific Language Impairment, developmental language delays and disorders, speech and phonological delays and disorders, ADHD/ADD, stuttering/stammering and social pragmatic difficulties. She also provides parent training for families who wish to support their children at home. She is fluent in English, Urdu and Hindi, and can provide therapy and parent training in all three languages.
Roohi loves working with children and their families. Her primary motivation for becoming a therapist was to explore and invest in her passion for working with children. She believes that each child is unique and presents a new puzzle - possessing a novel mix of strengths that need to be realized, nurtured and actualized. Understanding each child’s strengths and preferences, emotions, building a trustworthy relationship and gradually helping them to become better communicators is incredibly fulfilling and she is always grateful for the opportunity to meet such amazing children!

Fidelia Yang

Fidelia is a Speech-Language Therapist who is experienced in providing individual and group intervention, through both face-to-face sessions and teletherapy. She has extensive experience with a wide range of ages and needs – from premature infants in a major paediatric hospital to young adults in a private centre. Fidelia was one of the clinic leads and was a key member in several multidisciplinary project teams. She was also involved in mentoring and supervising student and junior Speech-Language Therapists.
Fidelia values the importance of recognising evolving needs through an individual’s lifespan, and journeys purposefully with them towards their meaningful goals. She strongly believes that the focus in therapy should be to discover, value and build on what individuals can do. She is motivated to connect with those she works with in an attuned, empathetic, and respectful manner. She also seeks to foster a collaborative effort with families and other involved professionals.
Fidelia believes that people are wired to connect, and she has special interest in supporting individuals to relate to others more effectively. She treasures, and creatively uses, a holistic and developmental approach. She intentionally creates a safe therapeutic environment for her clients to explore, integrate, and thrive.

Gin started her professional career seeing adults in the public and community hospital. She has since worked across a variety of other settings including special education school, preschool centres, voluntary welfare organization as well as private centre. Her growing interest in working with children has led her to accumulate valuable experience over the years in seeing children with varying medical conditions who may display difficulties in speech, language, literacy, communication or feeding.
Gin has worked with children on individual basis as well as in group session, through face-to-face in the comfort of client’s home, preschool, centre or via teletherapy. As a mother herself, she is very much attuned to the multitude of challenges and stress faced by her clients and their families. She strives to always maintain a respectful and collaborative relationship with them. In therapy, it is important for her to engage the individual’s interests to build cooperation and rapport as well as to empower the caregiver to deliver the best therapy outcomes. Having worked with many little superheroes in her course of work, Gin is truly inspired and always ready to celebrate little successes in the progress journey with them!
Gin is fluent and conversant in both English and Mandarin.

Alicia completed her Master of Science in Speech and Language Pathology from the National University of Singapore in 2012. She has worked with children across a spectrum of developmental differences, from toddlers in early intervention to young adults transitioning out of school.
Having supported children through various stages of growth, Alicia believes that family is crucial to a child’s learning, serving as both a key communication partner and advocate. She adopts a collaborative approach, working closely with families and caregivers, and fosters client relationships through child-led play and attention to their interests.
In her practice, Alicia has taken on the role of lead therapist within a multidisciplinary team and values working with other allied health professionals, educators, and job coaches. Alicia has conducted workshops and coaching sessions for caregivers and teachers to enhance their skills, mentored junior therapists, and served as a clinical educator for student clinicians.
Outside of work, Alicia spends her time chasing after her two energetic boys and convincing herself that she’s got hidden sporting talent.

Frances graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Master of Science (Speech & Language Pathology). She is registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore. Frances has worked with infants and children from 4 months to 18 years of age who have developmental needs; she has extensive experience providing intervention for a range of speech and language delays and complex communication, feeding and swallowing disorders.
Frances finds great delight in supporting each child and family in their unique situations and strengths. She believes that parents and caregivers are essential to each child achieving their utmost, and enjoys looking for ways to help a child progress within their own natural routines and preferences. She is experienced with working with parents/caregivers/other professionals in educational as well as home settings. Frances is licensed under AHPC to clinically support other speech therapists and has provided training and coaching for parents and teaching professionals in a variety of areas. A parent to 4 children herself, Frances is committed to helping each child and family to thrive.

Lynnette Lam

Lynnette graduated with a Master of Science (Speech and Language Pathology) from the National University of Singapore in 2012 and was a recipient of the Singapore General Hospital (SGH) Scholarship. Lynnette spent her first years as a Speech Therapist in the treatment of adult speech, language and swallowing disorders in SGH.
She went on to hone her skills in the Special Education (SPED) setting, working with children and teenagers with developmental conditions including Intellectual Disability, Autism, Down’s Syndrome, language disorders, speech sound disorders, social communication difficulties, amongst others.
Lynnette is adept at customising students’ goals and facilitating generalisation of skills in the classroom. She prioritises multidisciplinary teamwork, as well as, Teacher-SLT collaboration to further the support for students in SPED schools. She is an active SLT representative on teams that drive school-wide implementation of evidence-based communication strategies and curriculum development.
Lynnette sees the potential in every child, and every milestone is celebrated. Lynnette believes in having a warm and fun approach in therapy, where children can enjoy the process of learning. Lynnette speaks English and Mandarin, and works closely with families to set realistic goals for home practice and to optimise generalisation of skills.

Ashley is a paediatric speech therapist who is deeply committed to helping children unlock their communication potential. While pursuing a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Linguistics, she discovered her fascination for language development which led her to complete a Master of Science (Speech-Language Pathology) from NUS.
Ashley has 8 years of experience working with preschool and school-aged children with ASD, GDD, speech and language disorders, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and selective mutism across various settings, including early intervention centres, kindergartens, and Special Education (SPED) schools.
Being a mother to two young children has given her unique, firsthand perspective on the beauty (and the challenges!) of child and language development. This fuels her empathy and dedication to every family she serves. She believes that communication is the heartbeat of our daily lives and there is nothing more rewarding than helping a child discover the joy of socializing and the empowerment that comes with being understood.

She has worked with children spanning a broad age range (from 6 months to 18 years) and children with a range of developmental differences who have needs related to speech, language, feeding, and communication.
Daphlyn is committed to creating a nurturing and safe environment where children can connect, grow, and reach their fullest potential. Believing in the power of partnership, she strives to collaborate closely with caregivers and fellow educators to provide holistic and strength-based intervention. In her practice, Daphlyn has also conducted numerous coaching sessions and workshops for caregivers and teachers, empowering them with strategies to support their child’s development.

Jocelyn is a warm, family‑centred speech therapist who loves connecting with children and individuals who are differently abled. Her journey began through volunteering in reading programmes, outings and camps, which led her to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) in 2014 and a Master of Speech Pathology at Curtin University (Australia) in 2017, focusing on child development and communication needs.
She has worked with both adults and children in a wide range of settings, including hospitals, early intervention programmes, SPED schools, outpatient clinics and home‑based therapy. Jocelyn supports children aged 2–18 with speech, language, feeding and communication, and she loves making sessions playful, functional and tailored to each child. She also enjoys coaching parents, teachers and other professionals so that therapy strategies fit naturally into everyday life.

Freda Lee brings extensive experience supporting children and teenagers with special needs across public institutions like Rainbow Centre and AWWA Ltd, as well as private paediatric settings. Her work spans individual and group therapy for clients aged 6 months to 18 years.

Calista is a gentle and warm practitioner who specialises in Paediatric Occupational Therapy. She was trained as an Occupational Therapist in Melbourne, Australia where she spent 2 years working in Glenroy Specialist School before moving to Singapore. Since then, Calista has accrued experience working with clients of varying ages in the home, in schools, and within therapy centres.
Calista is experienced in providing intervention for clients of various developmental disorders such as Cerebral Palsy, ASD, Sensory Processing Disorders, ADHD, GDD, Down syndrome, as well as complex genetic conditions such as Angelman Syndrome and Rett syndrome. She is also experienced in assessment and recommendation/prescription of assistive devices such as complex wheelchair prescription and switches.
Calista is passionate about neurodiversity affirming care, and adopts a collaborative approach in her practice. Calista believes that children do well if they can, and her role as an OT is to help bridge the gap between the child's current skills and the expectations they have to meet.
